Daily Duties at Family Hospice & Palliative Care:
Handle pain and symptom issues via live triage with patient's and their families, accept referrals for new customers, work closely with Hospice Medical Directors, collaborate with Case Managers for continuity of care, provide up to date information to field nursing staff and assist with trouble shooting patient problems with them while caring for our patients
