Daily Duties at Wells Fargo:

Banking Strategic Director of the Charlotte/Fort Mill Chapter leadership team in coordinating business service projects and executing project management methodology  Led 23 diverse leaders and over 1000 members to facilitate best practices to achieve success in programming and timely completion of projects and events.  Preformed evaluations to measure results of projects in addition to providing feedback for improvements  Updated Monthly ad hoc reports on SharePoint created using excel and meetings based on strategic goals and metrics  Conducted weekly meetings, monthly conference calls, and provide leadership on strategic processes to manage projects  Managed budget for compliance of operations and utilize resources effectively to increase return on investment  Managed and provided multiple support in virtual environments for internal communications  Migrated data in Share point from volunteer and committees to one single profile
