Researched, analyzed, selected and purchased the company's first faxing system which allowed employees to send and receive faxes from their computers – this reduced paper consumption and was installed in seven manufacturing sites, plus division headquarters Developed a program to monitor the fax servers and send notification in the event they went down Wrote a program that ran the Consumer Affairs department - the system collected customer's complaints, tracked compensation, performed mail merge, and printed reports for upper management Programmed in dBase, FoxPro, Visual Basic, and PowerBuilder Assisted with installation and troubleshooting of Novell Networking system
