Daily Duties at Sheboygan Area School District:
•Responsible for the supervision and evaluation of 90 staff members •Facilitate, evaluate and coordinate curriculum development •Coordinate EEN programs (SLD, EBD, CDS, Autism Unit and Kidship—students with a mental health diagnosis) •Coordinate ELL programs (levels 1-5) •Key member in the facilitation of the Site Base Management Team •Responsible for building budget (instructional and capital improvement) •Facilitator of the EC/Elementary Program Prioritization Process •Member of the District’s Professional Development and Growth Committee (Teacher Evaluation) •Member of the District’s PI-34 (Teacher Licensure) Committee •Mentored four Lakeland College Cohorts of Malawi Students who were completing ED480—Educational Administration in Malawi •Member of Lakeland College Education Division’s Advisory Council (2010, 2011) •Member of Lakeland College’s reaccreditation team for the review of its teacher education program from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) and the Teacher Education Accreditation Council (TEAC) (2011)
