Senior Minuteman Guidance Systems Engineer Supervise engineering team in the performance of sustaining engineering, flight test support and depot level engineering for the Minuteman III missile force. Reporting to Air Force, hosting technical interchanges, attending missile, equipment and instrument working group meetings. Providing guidance regarding problem resolution and technical progress to Boeing management and the customer. Senior member of the Flight Failure Investigation Board and Closed Loop Failure Analysis Board.
