Daily Duties at S.C. Johnson:

Conduct line qualifications Assist in defining and measuring process capability and process controls Lead quality control plan program with risk assessment OCC curves and defect AQLs Consult with RD&E on development or changes to product specifications and test methods Assure company's adherence to established Quality System, cGMP/ISO standards Lead/conduct Inter-laboratory Uniformity Studies to assess laboratory precision Drive overall quality improvement, compliance and performance Analyze and communicate conformance to specifications and standards Conducts technical and statistical investigations related to product specifications Administer Quality System Visual Reference Standards for Home Storage product Developed and Led Corrective/Preventive Action Quality Systems and Root Cause Analysis Contributor on process and product loss route teams Develop and lead internal product and process compliance audit program Provide Quality Engineering support to Bay City plants and lead new projects/products Defect & Scrap loss reduction team memberď‚— Developed specification and cost related plant performance and product properties reports Developed and led new internal quality auditing program and auditor training Recruited, trained and supervised 23 volunteer internal quality auditors Responsible for administering controlled document, audit and corrective action processes Assist plants with raw material and component supplier issues Lead and resolve quality-related issues in a timely and effective manner
