•Team player responsible for troubleshooting and maintenance for 25 remote clients; •Maintain interoffice connectivity for 3 buildings. •Develop Statements of Work for new or upgrade T1/T3 circuit connectivity. •Work in conjunction with client and both Local/Long Distance Carriers to implement new or upgraded circuits.
