Oversaw and am responsible for all finance, accounting and investor related activities including he accurate and timely preparation and publication of all SEC financial statements, as well as all reporting and presentation of all internal financial statements and productivity reports discussed and evaluated during the Company's monthly Board of Director Meetings.
