Contributed to numerous projects as project lead, system solution designer/analyst for BCBSSC. Researched abd prepared white papers for replacement systems and responded to corporate RFPs. Assisted in the implmentation of the new knoledge base application and SCBlues the corporate web site and intranet site. Also worked on large contract implmentations for TRICARE and Medicaid projects.
