Daily Duties at Sandy Spring Bank:
Developed new business to business broker relationships and expanded existing broker relationships utilizing professional sales techniques to prospect, identify and meet clients’ needs. Conducted training seminars for Broker loan officers in portfolio, construction draw schedules, real estate construction, conventional and FHA product guidelines. Organized business development activities and events to increase sales and achieve corporate goals. Assisted with underwriting of conventional, FHA and portfolio mortgage loans. Reviewed, structured and analyzed loan packages to determine credit worthiness, adherence to correspondent guidelines, bank compliance and government monitoring. Approved final closing documents and conducted on site loan closings. Managed broker relationships throughout Maryland and Virginia
