Daily Duties at Wells Fargo:

Home Preservation Default Underwriter with Delegation of Authority underwriting for FHA. Analyzed financial documents and credit history to determine eligibility for HAMP, FHA, HUD and Wells Fargo loan modifications. Underwrote permanent and trial modifications and forbearances of delinquent loans. Analyzed tax returns, credit reports, income documents and hardship letters to accurately calculate income and expenses. Managed and loan leveled pipeline reports to assure process goals were met and loans were in compliance with Treasury, GSE and non GSE guidelines. Worked with foreclosure attorneys to manage foreclosure process and place stops when possible. Traveled to Preservation Events nationwide to participate in the Loss Mitigation fulfillment teams for modifications. Assisted in training of new hires for Loss Mitigation.
