Daily Duties at Mri Interventions:

Provide clinical, technical, and product knowledge to existing and potential customers. Build and maintain solid customer relationships and provides customer training at all levels. Responsible for key reports as required to support MRI. Represent MRI Interventions during Clearpoint procedures to support physician as well as support staff. Repairs system hardware and software to maximize performance. Installs all hardware and software upgrades. Coordinate, schedule and conduct installations on site with customers and MRI sales force. Provide preventative maintenance. Acts as liaison for repair and technical issues. Call sites proactively to assess customer satisfaction and usage levels of products. Educates and trains physicians and hospital personnel-OR, MR, Biomedical and IT. Provides clinical resource for surgeons, clinicians, and others being trained. Participates in in-house sponsored customer training at designated sites. Provides the training and resources for hospital staff to enable them to conduct training for their staff. Assists sales management and in-house training departments in educating/training new sales representatives and clinical specialists. Represents MRI Interventions during surgical evaluations and demonstrations involving Clearpoint technology products and instructing physicians during clinical procedures. Introduces and demonstrates new products and applications to physicians and hospital staff. Provides input on new product development based on in field experience. Documentation of case data. Responsible for increasing utilization. Responsible for providing information on extended service contracts. Sales calls and presentations. Inventory management and increasing product par levels. Sales support.
