Daily Duties at Lotus Development:
Built business case and formed consulting team focused on migrating competitive messaging systems to Lotus Notes/Domino email solution. Built Enterprise Messaging (EM) team to 75 senior managers, project managers, architects and consultants. Created global offering portfolio based on dialogue with customers and non-customers, adapted offerings to meet market and competition challenges; led new client onboarding, became thought leader, frequent participant in user meetings, industry events, conferences and forums; oversaw solution architecture and implementation services processes, adapted Lotus Consulting best practices for EM team use; ensured offerings had value propositions and competitive knockoffs; balanced achieving team goals and helping sell software licenses. Earned Lotus Summit award. Created Notes data base of successful migrations, within three years EM team was performing 200 successful migration annually in US. Personally involved in numerous key software sales opportunities with excellent close rates and clothing rates. In summary, this position required the ability to convert market requirements to profitable offerings, team building and open collaboration with sales worldwide.
