Daily Duties at Conxus Communications Corp:
Played a key engineering and project leadership role in the implementation and coordination of approximately 150 Towers between New York and New Jersey during a heavy construction and growth period. Oversaw schedule and timeline and provided work direction to contractors and test crews. Conducted and organized acceptance test plans according to plan specification and time frames and performed preventative maintenance activities to the paging network. Implemented a preventative maintenance database to replace manual record keeping by individual engineers. The database improved processes and prevented issues and repairs by providing an efficient way to track maintenance and ensure all RF equipment was serviced.
