Managed and coordinated the preparation of estate planning documents for all attorneys. Prepared weekly case management report to reflect status of workflow. Created new business entities (LLCs and Corporations) in Florida and other states. Prepared corporate documents (operating agreements, minutes, articles of incorporation, organization, dissolution, and amendments, etc.), and registered companies in multiple states.
