Directed refurbishment/QA/technical facility Statistical reporting to executive staff and mother company (Japan) Worked directly with Consumer Service Director to insure consumer satisfaction Established policies and procedures for after sales service and refurbishment Helped establish SIRAS return eligibility project Performance audit of contractors for: distribution, software manufacturing, print companies, repair/refurbishment Policy and business decisions as part of Executive Board Managed all product returns, refurbishment and the vendors associated Member SAP software configuration team Managed US and Canadian warranty repair operations Assist Legal Dept. w/product liability cases - Trial witness & Technical advice Consumer interface (Irate/special circumstance) Manage interface between call center and warranty repair vendor (Data link & relational) QC inside & outside manufacturing - US, Mexico, Offshore Technical writing - Inspection criteria, Repair process, Refurbishment, etc. QA - Final sign off, Testing, Evaluation, Engineering changes (new products) Technical assistance to other depts. - Media events, Hollywood productions & Concerts Trade show technical setup(40Ksq.ft) Failure trend – Tracking, Analysis & Reporting FCC/UL compliance certification scheduling Ongoing interface with Japanese mother company Manage QC inspectors Developed BOMs - Spare parts requirement forecasting Member International Quality team International travel Technical assistance - Media events, Hollywood productions & Concerts
