Sr. manager for XBOX video game hardware reverse logistics group Technical writing – Repair/Refurbishment and Quality Inspection procedures Document control - Published all technical process documentation including bills of material on Sharepoint intranet site for easy access to the global teams and vendors Developed and Managed QC inspection process for all XBOX Hardware world wide Established and managed “Rapid Response” team dealing with high profile product safety/product liability issues Managed laboratory performing testing and analysis of hardware for product safety/product liability issues Provided legal teams and management with analysis and technical advice Material planning and procurement of parts for repair processes Designed and managed several emergency rework processes at point of distribution, saving time to market and cost of returning product to manufacturing (both electronic repair and repackaging projects)
