-Served as client/billing contact for an average of 500 claims at a time while monitoring compensability, patient compliance and payments for each case. -Analyzed medical records and interviewed employers to assess case decisions. Issued $50-$75,000 per week in patient compensations and bill payments. -Key component of project team assembling compliance issues and training materials to reflect and ensure that carrier policies were being enforced and complied with. -Handled claims for clients in Michigan, Kentucky, Minnesota, New York, Oklahoma, Texas and Florida.
