Daily Duties at Gorman Health Group:
•Understand and initiate sales strategies that provide consulting and product solutions to medical health plans, pharmaceutical groups, and government entities tasked with the management of healthcare. •Responsible for the internal process of project setup, coordinating, IT, Finance, and Marketing activities around each new project sold. Tracking an average sale of $100k with an active monthly pipeline of $10million and yearly sales tracking $25million from (18) various sales personnel and consultants. •Work in partnership with the GHG leadership team to develop annual sales goals, supporting the development of priorities and strategies for sales activities based on GHG objectives, audiences, and calendar timetables. •Train the Sales and Sales Operations Team on how to use technology to maintain a dynamic, real-time tracking and management tool for all active sales opportunities. While also reviewing new technologies that may improve efficiencies. •Strategic Council for GHG’s ongoing marketing activities specifically in with the strategic placement and visits of the Executive Chairman based on sales objectives, sales targets, and big picture strategies.
