Built and managed a professional Project Support Office. Supported the due diligence, integration planning and execution for mergers and acquisitions. Managed the design, construction, and occupancy of a new 7,500 sq. ft. data center. Developed Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and cost allocation models for technology operations (including hosting infrastructure, data centers, networking, service providers, etc.). Developed and evolved data center management processes.
