Key Responsibilities: Developed Professional Services organization, systems, procedures and processes. Developed Customer Support Center organization, systems, procedures and processes. Developed Quality Programs (including SQA) organization, systems procedures and processes. Managed Professional Services and Customer Support Center Operations - customers included companies like Estee Lauder, Bacardi Interfaced with Product Management and Product Development organizations on release planning, release testing, and release to customers.
