Developed Quality Programs (including SQA) organization, systems procedures and processes. Managed Professional Services and Customer Support Center Operations - customers included companies like Estee Lauder, Bacardi Interfaced with Product Management and Product Development organizations on release planning, release testing, and release to customers.
