Daily Duties at Diversified Systems Group, Inc,:

My position was to establish a local business presence prospecting in the media industry, and in manufacturing and corporate accounts obtaining new business to increase sales. Another responsibly was to respond immediately to internet generated leads from across the United States creating and sending quotations and closing sales via the phone. I was responsible for the full sale cycle following each project from beginning to completion ensuring customer satisfaction for repeat business. Taking over an existing but declining territory, I decided to target and revitalize 4+ year-old dormant accounts by creating a diverse product line and cross selling to generate a new revenue stream. I had a 30% close rate reactivating these accounts. Cultivating existing business, I took all opportunities to upsell these accounts by introducing complimentary products and services to our core product line and often increased the initial sale by 50%. I am excellent at penetrating new and existing businesses by receiving internal referrals into other divisions of the company resulting in multiple sales and repeat business.
