Daily Duties at Pensacola News Journal :

Business to Business outside sales. I was responsible for cold calling on car dealerships in tri county area presenting the product Cars.com, maintaining accounts, increasing revenue for the customer via my product and increasing my monthly revenue for the company. I competed with account managers nationwide and always met my monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas by at minimum of 25 %. I was awarded Rookie of the Year, Account Manager of the Year, and many other national contests. I trained the car dealers staff on how to turn an internet cars.com lead into an appointment to come in the store and customers buy their product, how to qualify their leads, and their Return on Investment for the cars.com contract with Pensacola News Journal.

What they like about Pensacola News Journal :

Working in an organization that is technologically advanced, creative, and innovative is critical in your assessment of hiring companies. Less important to you are stability of the organization, the length of time an organization has been in business, and the business' plans for the future. You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary. You thrive on change, uncertainty and the upside of potential business risks, especially those associated with innovation. Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
