Daily Duties at Homestead Village :
I was one of the four charge nurses at a 170 census Assisted Living Facility. I was responsible for managing the staff, performing am med pass, am insulin, wound care, triaging emergencies, making rounds with the doctor and or nurse practioner, noting doctors orders, scheduling test and labs, reordering medications for patients, reviewing charts, communicated with the patients doctors , administrator, patients, and their families.
