Individual contributor to BCS (Business Critical Systems) division working on the Complex Solutions group. BCS which had revenues of $284 million in 2003. Assisted internal field personnel with software issues and added value to software product description during presales conference calls. Provided product information to hp Partners when required . hp Partners community is comprised of 145,000 distributors, resellers, and alliance partners worldwide. Created knowledge base articles detailing ECOs (engineering change orders). Extracted and tested ECOs to insure quality solutions were provided to customer base. Work performed with very little management interaction. Self directed employee that networked with coworkers thru CHAT channels. Consulted with customers to define SOW (statement of work) documents outlining projects. Negotiated and finalized details in SOW. Performed SOW duties and implemented projects on customer systems.

Telephone, CHAT, Dial-in and ftp methods. , Offsite Support using Microsoft, VPN, CITRIX XenDesktop and CITRIX Service Desk software. Self directed works with minimal management interaction., Previous experience in manufacturing, retail and banking industries creating and maintaining accounting applications
