Provided internal team support in the development of proposals by identifying business opportunities within the federal sector, providing proposal coordination support, serving as a contributing writer on various proposals, generating reports and briefings for senior leadership, assisting in the professional development of junior staff, and serving as a representative at various events such as marketing days, and client meetings. Provide technical and programmatic support to various federal agencies as a project manager or technical subject matter expert. The role varies dependent upon the client need. Serve as a career manager for junior staff; providing oversight and guidance on building and managing their careers and professional development within the firm.
