Daily Duties at Abb Inc. :
Responsibilities include managing all testing operations within ABB South Boston. I work with Marketing, Design Engineering, and Production Assembly on all SPT & DTR designs to ensure product quality to increase testing throughput. I manage 26 hourly degreed Test Technicians and 3 Salary Electrical Test Engineers. I have been the operational lead for new business directions for South Boston ABB Test for 4 years. I have excellent leadership and team motivational skills that I have improved over my years with ABB Inc. I have always been involved with the IEEE and Doble Engineering conventions/ meetings. My experience includes high volume manufacturing facility production scope heavy involvement with lean manufacturing. I lead my departments Cost Savings and process improvement projects that I facilitated every Quarter. My responsibilities also include constant daily involvement with customer questions and certified data reporting. Maintaining all test equipment working closely with maintenance to improve uptime of equipment.
