Daily Duties at Act:

Lead and manage the entire project from beginning to end which includes directing sub-team leads focused on specific areas of specialty such as functional or technical teams. Implement and follow project management processes including initiation, planning, execution, and project closure. Prepare reports and present to business owners including establishing and meeting goals and schedules; develop effort estimates. Keep project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news.Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion. Be a leader in continuous improvement ideas for processes, standards, and tools. Support the goal of customer satisfaction. Regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in making decisions regarding departmental projects. Serve as project manager for multiple-assigned projects
