Daily Duties at Aim Net Solutions :

Provided Novell systems engineering expertise to Atlantic Bank of New York (ABNY) by managing all network resources. To maintain the infrastructure ensuring a 99.9% system up-time during normal banking hours Transfer systems knowledge to 3 Network and database Administrators. To upgrade all outdated infrastructure software and hardware. Updated Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, GroupWise email, BorderManager firefwall and (VPN), ZenWorks configuration management systems. Requested any changes to the core CISCO network. Assisted with the collection and analysis of data for the Monthly technology Scorecard. Document, execute and actively monitor the project plan to reach desired goals and objectives on time and within budget. This includes management of team members, vendor management, management of approved budget, regular and regular assessment of quality and risk Takes a leadership role in creating workflow and education processes that continually provides for improvement of the Project Management and operation process. Assists the CIO, VP IS, Managers and systems administrators in maintaining senior leadership reporting. Maintains currency of hardware and/or software and vendor information utilizing the Bank’s Information Systems Standard Templates for areas of primary responsibility, thereby providing a valuable resource needed to support daily operations and the Bank’s emergency preparedness mission. Create, review and update documentation for responsible systems including, but not limited to FAQ's, configuration, procedures and workflow as appropriate in the standard format. Documentation supporting normal system operations, downtime operations, and disaster preparedness requirements
