Daily Duties at Njm Insurance Group:

Responsible for all business systems at NJM. Led the enterprise change management function. Directed the enterprise PMO and all associated functions. Trusted advisor of CEO and CFO. Served as co-CIO with the CFO. Managed all vendors and contractual negotiations. • Ensures projects for assigned area(s) of responsibility meet quality, schedule, milestone, and budget commitments. • Responsible for implementing and governing the adherence to project management standards, templates and practices established by the PMO Center of Excellence. • Leads for area(s) of responsibility the coordination and management of resources and resource allocations for multiple ongoing projects, including: project planning, reporting, and monitoring the projects for resource contention and cost. • Leads the IT planning process for assigned area(s) of responsibility to ensure proper linkage and coordination with IT strategic planning and budgeting processes and the enterprise’s and/or division’s short term and long term strategic and tactical initiatives
