Daily Duties at Phacil, Inc:
Manage all aspects of the Network Operations Center (NOC), Infrastructure Defense Group (IDG) for network and desktop security, and production operations group for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) network with 35,000 users. Supervise 40 employees at multiple locations in maintaining the ICE network infrastructure for operations and desktop security. Monitor network performance to resolve problems in timely manner and maximize system uptime. Create and enforce all standard operating procedures, processes and project direction for NOC business. Coordinate technical resolutions with Citizenship and Immigration Services, Customs and Border Protection, Federal Protective Service, USVISIT and U.S. embassies worldwide regarding outage issues.
