Daily Duties at Cognizant:
1.As a Consultant I served as senior point of contact and for escalations for Atlantic Bank of New York (ABNY), Cognizant and New York Community Bank (NYCB) during NYCB acquisition of ABNY. • For all network devices: all servers, routers and switches (resources). • Upgrade and maintain Network software and operating systems • Mentor 3 systems administrators 2. Assisted with the Cognizant's migration for Loeb and Trooper GroupWise to Exchange migration using Quest migration tool. 3. Performed Project Management responsibilities for Levi's Infrastructure Decommission Project. Oversee the close out of the projects, including transition to operations and support, ensure training and hand-off process is documented and complete. Appropriately document user acceptance by completing project closure or acceptance documents, documenting lessons learned and final project reports as required. Document, execute and actively monitor the project plan to reach desired goals and objectives on time and within budget. This includes management of team members, vendor management, management of approved budget, regular and regular assessment of quality and risk.
