Daily Duties at Proj Xecute:
Initiate and scope tasks and projects using PMI methodology. Create tools to monitor and track staff performance simultaneously producing accurate real-time executive management reporting to aid in Management Information Systems (MIS) decisions. Serve as the principal technical consultant for for IT related projects; align IT with the strategic visions and business objectives of organizations. Create workflows and improve business and project management processes. Oversee the execution of tasks and projects ensuring relevant training to encourage growth and business continuity. Drives the translation of product strategy and business owner expectations into long-range systems projects/plans with priority recommendations which will be executed by the systems/technical team. Makes development recommendations to business owner based on experience with client expectations and issues. Notifies the business owner of potential technical or operational constraints including performance implications Develops, implements, and monitors information technology standards, practices, procedures, and controls to maximize efficiency and support platform compatibility and to ensure data integrity, security, and legal and regulatory compliance Directs and provides day-to-day expertise, coaching, and leadership to management/supervisory team and staff for areas including information systems design and development, systems planning, programming, operations, architecture, data processing, data security, networks, systems support, and/or analysis. Provides leadership for area of responsibility including planning, coaching, recruiting, selection, performance development, and mentoring. Researches and evaluates new technologies, products and techniques that could meet future technology needs. Participates in disaster recovery/business continuity activities as needed Takes a leadership role in creating workflow and education processes that continually provides for improvement of the Project Management process. Assists in maintaining senior leadership reporting.
