Daily Duties at Sei Investments:
Insuring over all system health, operations, performance and technical support with direct client contact. Assist with equipment installation and other projects. Interact with Network and Software Systems Engineers in testing and resolutions. Interface directly with clients and users to support efforts within ITC and ensure customer satisfaction for over 1500 clients. Receive, document, diagnose, and coordinate problem resolutions for end users, tech services dept. and clients daily. Conduct pre-testing and professional services activities as required. Ensure operational technical issues are addressed offering alternative solutions as advancing technologies become available to produce better system performance. Create and maintain written status reports. Provide first and second level technical support during problem determination and resolution. Train new and existing analysts. Expedite user requests - Help Desk coverage 19:00 - 07:30 daily.
