Daily Duties at Ibm Experis Man Power:
Project Management and Level 2 Technical Support for Global Expense Reporting Systems product (IBM-GERS), for two projects, one $12 million in the petroleum indrusty and another $16 million dollar project for a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry. Both implementations were over budget and late prior to my involvement. Also responsible for second level technical support directly to the client (remotely) when the level of a given resolution proved beyond the technical abilities of help desk personnel. Working with programming staff and developers at IBM as well as client companies to implement new configurations and releases. Having remote and onsite direct client interaction (internationally), insuring successful project implementation, second level technical product support and client satisfaction through out the project management life cycle. This also included daily conference calls for status updates and information regarding trouble shooting any problems that arose in client testing phases of implementation. Providing 24 hour consultancy when required for international affiliates.
