• I have the overall strategic and operational responsibility for all academic graduate programs of the Seminary. • In this role also manages a group of program directors and work with the non-profit’s board of directors to keep them abreast of programmatic changes. • In this position I manage a breadth of staff functions which provides me the skills to be strategic and tactical. • Assists the CEO in the aggressive and successful growth of the Seminary. • Through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of company, I provide the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the Seminary and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. • Provide day-to-day leadership and management to a service organization that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the Seminary. Bottom Line: Build a beautiful Seminary that equips young men and women to serve our Lord Jesus Christ and expand His kingdom worldwide. • Responsible for driving the Seminary to achieve and surpass its academic and business goals and objectives • Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external. Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the Seminary. • Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes. • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the Seminary. • Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the Seminary • Act as lead "client-care officer" through direct contact with students, and partners
