Daily Duties at Driven Brands:
Oversaw the business operations processes in an assigned region to ensure achievement of regional goals & delivery of quality service to clients. Worked with the Regional Vice President of Operations to develop strategic operating plans specific to the region. Responsible for the implementation of policies & procedures to meet operational objectives. Directly responsible for 70 retail facilities with a P&L of $45 million dollars per year.
