Daily Duties at Driven Brands:

Directly responsible for all expansion throughout China, South Korea, Chile, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Central America, the Caribbean, and Mexico on behalf of all three global franchises. Built multi-vendor teaming agreements, OEM agreements, joint-development opportunities and multi-vendor marketing agreements. Created business models, business processes, implemented sales training through on-line Webinars and in shop video websites to monitor the sales process and procedures, measuring metrics/KPIs, cost of goods and the GPM of each facility. Accountable for market entry strategy, market expansion, P&L management, business planning, sales and marketing, field training, creating operational manuals, POS system and IT database, product inventory, vendor relations and supply chain.
