Coordinated entire material process by interfacing with manufacturing, supply chain, and program management organizations, as well as suppliers. Established material planning strategy and advanced procurement strategies for critical material. Developed material mitigation plan to identify, prioritize, and resolve all critical material issues. Implemented and enhanced reporting on material status, inventory, excess, lead time, and critical material. • Interfaced with Material Control, Supply Chain and Subcontract Management to meet program on time and accurate delivery needs. • Monitored early and late material, lead time accuracy, excess inventory levels, which resulted in improved accuracy and cost reduction of material for need time dates.
