Daily Duties at Jre Real Estate:

create and implement preventative maintenance procedures for commercial rental properties owned by company. Supervise maintenance staff of seven to take care of owned and contracted commercial properties. Coordinate all outside contracted work for all properties. Monitor operating budgets for owned properties, and make improvements to lower these cost. Negotiate with vendors for materials and services for daily operation of facilities.
