 • Assisted in developing operational and new hire training programs • Coordinated Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity annual review and company wide training/distribution • Organized SAS70 Audits across all data center locations o Ensured teams had their documentation in place and conducted bi-annual internal audits to ensure processes were being followed consistently across all sites o Coordinated annual auditor visit, site tours and reviews
