I was a Recruiter assistant working with a nurse recruiter and hospital recruiter. I conducted criminal background checks, I verified employment and education. I prepared the paperwork to send candidates to do their pre-employment drug test, I check applications, scheduled interviews, set up job fairs, new hire on-boarding processing, I printed new hire badges and processed paperwork for parking garage access, I conducted new hire orientation, update new and current employee files, help explain benefit information to employees.
