In essence I had three distinct roles along with a temporary foreign assignment), while working at Bankers Trust Company, as follows: ==1) Assistant Treasurer, QA Division 1997 – 1999 • Served as liaison between software vendors and the bank, managing all aspects of project life cycles; • Designed and maintained test plans on an internal notes database; • Created on-line Help Menus along with the corresponding Manual for the BANKTRADE Upgrade Project. ==2) Client Service Officer 1995 – 1996 • Managed an international client portfolio for Latin American banks, initiating and monitoring investigations; • Administered various cash management products. ==3) Supervisor, Letter of Credit Division 1989 – 1995 • Managed a team of Letter of Credit specialists, promoting higher quality and increased productivity; • Interfaced with senior Officers in connection with special issues and requirements. ==4) Special Assignment at Bankers Trust International, Frankfurt 1994 • Processed outstanding transactions in Frankfurt during the transfer of Trade Services operations to Dublin
