Daily Duties at Synovate:
- Administered benefits package for 1,400 employees nationwide, plans included: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life, Disability, Flexible Spending Accounts, Legal, Long Term Care, Identity Theft, etc. - Prepared presentations, drafted emails, and initiated webinars for all levels of staff on a regular basis to ensure full comprehension of benefits package and to keep them updated with current news relating to benefit plans. - Project lead for annual enrollments: tested enrollment site in collaboration with IT department, created and delivered informative presentations to all employees, worked closely with vendors and brokers to establish benefit plans, ensured timelines and budgets were adhered to, communicated with stakeholders, etc. - Worked with benefit vendors on a daily basis to resolve any issues regarding participant issues. - Conducted semi-annual review of benefit plan utilization to develop and maintain competitive benefits package which resulted in changes to existing benefits, adding benefits or removing benefits. - Created and delivered presentations for all New Hire Orientations regarding benefits to ensure full comprehension of each benefit plan, the enrollment process, and any ongoing procedures. - Responsible for event planning: 2 bowling fundraisers, Chase Corporate Challenge event, Take Your Kids to Work Day, Holiday Parties and Employee Appreciation Days for office of 500+ employees.
