Daily Duties at Hillsborough County Public Schools:
Maintain an Adult Student Information System. Data quality via edit reports to users, develop user required services and verify data via SQL queries. Analyze data upload and send data to Department of Education data center NWRDC. Reduce data entry errors by testing WDIS data elements and edits on data entry screens. Assist user report development. Regularly meet with department supervisors and directors during program initializations and implementation. Attend state-wide workshop in Workforce Education District Data Advisory Committee. Phone help with data processors and assist in annual data workshop during users training. Areas of data expertise: Data Integration and Reporting, SQL, merging, data types, pivot table, drill through, parameters, expressions, character mapping, JCL, TSO, ISPF, Datacom database, MS Access, CA Ideal screen edits.
