Managed 3 employees under direction of Director: processed timekeeping logs and absence reports, monitored performance improvement plans, monitored FMLA, led team meetings/trainings, controlled field service, etc. Coordinated 4 conferences that attracted 1,000+ attendees: identified venues, speakers and caterers, negotiated contracts and ensured proper execution, coordinated vendors, increased sponsorship participation, etc.
