Daily Duties at Pacific Resources:

- Supported CEO and President: managed travel/meeting calendars, created PowerPoint presentations, handled reimbursements, managed internal/external communications, representative at internal/external meetings and delivered feedback and updates, personal requests as needed, etc. - Supported VP of Operations in managing projects: opened new offices, office relocations and expansions, integrated Salesforce into current business practices, transitioned cell phone providers, etc.; all while following timelines, procurement procedures, budget constraints, and maintained communication between stakeholders. - IT coordinator: liaison between employees and vendor, ensured utilization of most cost-effective plans, managed equipment upgrades, repairs and replacements, office emergencies, equipment inventory, etc. - Negotiated vendor/service contract terms and pricing agreements for: building management, phone/internet service and suppliers, furniture vendors, and special events including Board Meetings, Sr. Lead meetings, etc. - Maintained Salesforce platform on a daily basis, accepted requests for changes, and managed licenses. - Benefits Manager – handled open enrollment, new enrollments, changes, and terminations. - Office Manager – managed office budget, maintained office fluidity, new employee onboarding, IT point person, negotiated and managed office equipment contracts, trained receptionist, etc.
