HIred and developed pharmacy staff in a newly open location. Ensure each staff member had proper customer service skill training, cash register training, and medication fill process beyond company policy guidelines to ensure customer service was fast and efficient. providied friendly, courteous and efficient service to our patients. responsible for everything from counseling patients and providing preventive healthcare services to assisting with daily pharmacy operations, maintaining pharmacy records, and working with other healthcare professional. Provide expertise about the composition of drugs, including their chemical, biological, and physical properties and their manufacture and use. made sure that drugs do not interact in a harmful way.
