Daily Duties at The Aerospace Corporation:
• Determined and modeled the current capabilities of foreign optical telescopes which went into intelligence community evaluations of current foreign counterspace capabilities • Forecasted the status of new developments in the astronomical community which may constitute future threats to our overhead assets • Evaluated foreign laser systems and technologies which was included in the National Intelligence Estimate (NIE) • Subject matter expert to the NRO AS&T research directorate programs collecting phenomenology and testing proof-of-concept systems in the fields of hyperspectral imaging, space based lidar, non-literal infrared phenomenology and synthetic aperture radar • Project and program manager support for NRO AS&T technology programs • Technical expert to CMO in the development of capabilities in radar, SAR, passive RF sensing, IR and spectral imaging • Served as optical and spectral subject matter expert for the National Space Systems Architect (NSSA)
