Medicare Point-of Care Instructor:  Trained over 300 Home Health Agencies in setting up and learning Point-of–Care Software.  Set-up Agencies Database by entering agency Information, Payer Information, Revenue Codes.  Gave On-line classes for Home Health Agencies in the usage of the Intake Process, Creating an Oasis, Careplan, a 485, Transmission to Medicare, the Quality Assurance process, auditing the Medical Records for Compliance, Billing Medicare RAP and Finals.  Supporting & problem solving Home Health Agencies through the Help desk for over 800 users.  Created MyHomecareBiz software manual & instructions for peripheral equipment. Staff training:  Trained new employees in all aspects of the point-of-care software and help desk environment..  Indoctrinated new staff members to the procedures, complexities and standards of the point-of-care software, the help Desk and homework procedures.
